This is an awesome condo. The Hobbs are the best host, very accommodating. The condo is set up beautifully with everything you would need for your stay. You can look out at the Gulf from the master bedroom while you lay in bed as well as having a great porch with chairs for lounging in the sun. You can stay in and cook because they have a fully stocked kitchen of utensils and dishes. If you have kids, your kids can play video games and watch TV in a media room. The complex is beautiful with lots of stuff to do. The pool area is large and has a lot of chairs set about. There is a gym, plus a sauna and a steam room. Shopping and dining are available across the street as well as a walk way to other dining areas.

Wonderful Condo 2nd time staying in 1204. 10 out of 10 for this wonderful condo. Beautiful condo very spacious and accommodating, ocean view is spectacular, the pool is one of the best in the area. Thank you to our host Mr. And Mrs. Hobbs for all you do to make sure your guests feel like they are definitely on vacation. We will definitely be returning!

I’ve stayed at this condo 4 times and have already booked a week for next year. Tony and Elizabeth Hobbs are amazing. They check with us through the week and make sure everything is great. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The accommodations are fantastic. Can’t wait until September, 2026!!!

Staying at Indigo East in #1204 for one week in September is the highlight of my year. My best friend of 54 years and I spend the week on the beach reading and anticipating our dinner plans. We have done this for 4 years and every year feels like we’re going home. Tony and Elizabeth are the most gracious hosts. Tony always greets us and helps with our luggage. There are always fresh flowers, a delicious key lime pie in the fridge and fresh shrimp delivered to us midweek. Tony gives us the best new restaurant recommendations and he checks in with us to see if there’s anything we need. I can’t say enough about how spacious and beautifully appointed the condo is. If you are looking for a perfect beach experience then look no further than Hobb’s Hospitality in Perdido Key.
